Welcome to Valley View Church Women's Ministry. Our purpose is to enrich, encourage and equip women to passionately pursue Jesus Christ and evangelize and influence others for Him.We accomplish this by providing a variety of opportunities. Life Groups
We have several Life Group classes on Saturdays and Sundays for women. It is so important to get involved in a small group, studying the word of God and developing and strengthening friendships. On Saturday evenings at 7:15pm we have "King’s Daughters" which is led by Dee Creech. Sunday at 9:00am, we have "Daughters of Grace" led by Vicki Neighbors; and at 10:45am "Covenant Keepers" is led by Gayle Albro and "S.O.U.L." is led by Connie Burkett and Kim Miracle. Make plans to attend one of these groups!
Weekday Bible Studies
We are aware of the different schedules in Women's lives; therefore, we provide many opportunities to study God's Word. During the week the studies are on Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings. Women's Bible studies are a great way to grow in the understanding and knowledge of Christ while connecting with other women in an intimate setting.
Neighborhood Studies
Women meet the second Monday of each month at Connie Burkett's home located at 10419 Gisela Court, Fairdale, KY. If you would like more information please call Connie at 375-0766.
Prayer Ministries
Our Women's ministry is committed to keeping our church, women, and our community covered with prayer. Opportunities include:
- Women's Prayer Group - This small group meets on Tuesday Mornings at the church and prays for the church and requests that have been submitted throughout the week.
Special Events
Many different special events are planned throughout the year. Events like our annual Christmas Tea and Chit-Chat & Chocolate. You will get the incredible opportunity to build new relationships with the women around you.
Leadership Training
WILD - Women Influencing Lives Daily. This small group of women commit themselves to one year of intensive spiritual and leadership development. We are committed to investing in Women's lives to develop them into devoted followers of Christ.
